The container is made of S235 JR sheet steel. It is equipped with four steel lifting lugs with a diameter of 45 mm. It is constructed with high-quality continuous welded seams. External reinforcement is provided with a steel profile, while internal reinforcement is provided with angle irons on the bottom and sides. Critical points are equipped with corner reinforcements, an innovation of ISKABUL AD.
Standard containers have a bottom thickness of 5 mm and side thickness of 3 mm. They have a single-sided grab and are protected with anti-corrosion primer. The customer can choose between different thicknesses for the bottom and sides, the number and type of grabs, and can specify the color according to RAL.
The containers have a capacity ranging from 1.5 to 12.0 m3. They are suitable for all types of waste. For glass and green waste, a volume of up to 7.0 m3 is recommended. For soil, the suitable volume is up to 5.5 m3. For heavier waste, the customer can order reinforced containers with a bottom thickness of 6 mm and side thickness of 4 mm. For lighter waste, a lighter version is available with a bottom thickness of 4 mm and side thickness of 3 mm.
The containers offered by ISKABUL AD are manufactured according to DIN standards. The company also produces containers according to the specific requirements of the customer.
